As a Mental Health Counsel, Residential Team Lead, one will provide clinical crisis intervention services to monitor clients within our residential location in north Fort Collins. The applicant, in compliance with rules, guidelines, and directives, will manage relationships with clients and possess extensive experience with clients in crisis. The applicant must be comfortable in coordinating Behavioral health intervention plans and services with other agencies as well. The applicant will collaborate with other staff in planning, developing, implementing, and evaluating clinical services, including ongoing collaboration with Program Supervisors and/or Clinical Managers. One must be able to identify ethical conflicts and assist to provide guidance to resolve them for the team.

- Required: Master’s Degree or license in Human Services field from accredited College or University or equivalent experience. 1-2 years professional experience as a behavioral health clinician in the human services industry. LPC, LCSW, or LMFT.
- Preferred: Bilingual/Bi-cultural.

Wage Ranges
Based on a 40 hr. work week. This role will include 10 or 12 shifts.
