- Location: Garcia House, Fort Collins, Colorado
- Status: Full-time, 40/hrs. week
As a Residential Counselor, duties include de-escalation, performing client belonging searches, and providing one on one support with clients. You will operate as an integral component of the client’s treatment day; which will hold tremendous therapeutic value to the clients we serve. Additionally, residential counselors will support the clinical team by facilitating groups and offering clinical service to clients. You should be flexible and able to carry out diverse job duties is essential to this role
